Can I just mention the child actors in this...I mean ALL the actors were brilliant, but those kids literally had me crying. That little boy is a born actor. I mean genius, a lot of times kids can lower the tension of a scene, but with these little 💎, they brought so much humanity and just raw human emotion, I was blown away. Truly. This was a lot of fun. A little slow sometimes but I loved the creativity of the monsters. Had me always wanting to see what kind of bizarre mutations they would run into next. And for being a silly idea the story was pretty well done in my opinion with good characters. Yeah, I'd love to see more!

As someone who hasn’t read the webtoon and just watched this out of pure curiosity - I would like to say I was blown away by everyone’s performances. Not a single actor was lacking. This is so fast paced but so good and I binged the whole thing in a day. One of the best kdramas I’ve ever watched. The production quality is incredible too. Can’t wait for a season 2!!!

Story, casting, acting everything is fuckin' mind blowing but but but the CGI work may disappoint you a little bit, but watch it, as it is 100% worthy!
at first I thought the Special Effects were garbage too , but after getting used to it I ended up liking the aesthetic, it's unique and cartoonish but perfectly consistent throughout all the monsters .

The use of osts and silence was glorious. It's a highly entertaining show with plenty strong characters that made me root for, normally wouldn't, life. That left much to want about their perspective, especially the mc. A special season of their pov during season 1 where we can persist, think, and grieve with and for them wouldn't hurt.
This was phenomenal and in the end had me being emotional and with questions they did this amazing can't wait for season 2!😢❤

I have been saying it for years that South Korea make the best film and TV shows. Its not that I don't like Hollywood films or TV shows, in fact some of my favorite films of all times are from Hollywood but in the last 10 years Hollywood has been making endless Marvel/DC movies with the same predictable plot good vs evil BS and I think people are sick of it hence Squid Game is popular because its different and it treat the audience with some intelligent because not every miniscule details are spell out to the viewers.
@@michaelnguyen8121 I think I agree honestly. I adore movies but these last few years, I feel like I can always predict the endings of Hollywood films. For the most part, it seems they've lost their originality. I haven't even seen Parasite or Train to Busan yet. I'm excited about all these new movies I'm venturing into, but a little guilty that I'm just now discovering them. Lol
