Shame that people hate her while only seeing the surface level of her personality. She is a cinnamon roll! Quite endearing and lovable!

I'd say that most people would respond negatively if you were to act high and mighty in public. The only reason, atleast for me, I didn't like her was because of the fact that she would make herself sound so high above everyone else while seemingly almost push everyone else down. However, I'm pleasantly surprised that I can say now she's become a character I actually like, hoyoverse has given us yet another wonderful character that actually feels like a real person, and her voice actor Amber is AMAZING at the line delivery. I'm honestly excited for what we see in Natlan, and I hope for the same feeling I got from Furina to be with other characters.

Wriothesley keeps sending her tea as a apology cause he remembers how she didn't say anything during his trial and instead got up and left as soon as it was over. He thinks that she thought his trial was boring and not dramatic enough because he agreed and admitted to everything. When in reality it seems she doesn't even remember his trial or him at all yet she appreciates his taste in tea 😂
I feel like "focalor" is dead in her voicelines but "furina" still lives and wanted to be herself not her "archon" self

She is and she isn't. Focalors split off all her 'human' traits into Furina, then hid inside the Oratrice for centuries to gather power to give back the Hydro Sovereign Authority to Neuvillette. Focalors intends to destroy the role of 'Hydro Archon' and give the rule of Fontaine back to the Hydro Sovereign, so that he may stabilize the Fontainian's human forms and prevent them from dissolving back into Oceanids when exposed to Primordial Seawater. Furina's role is to pretend to be Focalors, so that Focalor's plan can go off without a hitch. At the end, Focalors and the throne of the Hydro Archon disappear, leaving only the human Furina.

I like how, similar to Raiden and Ei, her voice actor is able to masterfully change her tone to highlight the difference between "Focalors" and "Furina".

Out of all the archons I would say she has the most interesting and most normal line of thought when saying her impressions about the others. I love the fact that she almost yearns to be like a normal girl in Fontaine if only she weren't the archon. I will definitely be pulling for her, she is more vulnerable and sweet than I'd imagined.

So basing on Furina's lines alone, it seems that after the 4.2 Archon Quest, she did actually resigned from her Archon seat and just decided to live as a normal human like Venti and Zhongli but unlike the two men, she doesn't need to hide her identity.
Also I love the fact that we became close to Furina, like best friends since Furina doesn't need to worry anything related to Archon stuff. It is nice to see her true self after the chaos

Because when Zhongli talks about Furina, he talks about a contract that Furina made with herself and about how she still lives up to her agreements for 500 years.

I like how she isn't speaking in the royal facade tone we have been used to hearing. The greater than thou attitude is there, but the sting of her played up attitude is gone. It reminds me of how Raiden speaks matter of factly vs. Ei speaking with introspection and perspective.

Venti is "jobless", Zhongli has non-existent money management skills, Ei and Nahida don't need Mora as they are rulers of their nations.
That last part with her last ascension voice line is so friggin heartwarming, you could feel the joy in Furina's voice and it was so sweet.
furina playing the lead actress makes so much since. fontaine is about the stage with tricks and magic, lies and deception. furina was the perfect symbol of fontaine. however since she’s the lead actress, “playing” the archon, she isn’t. Focalars will most likely die for deceiving everyone. while furina gets a vision and lives as a human.

i have theory i just thought of right now based on the voicelines:
in act 5 maybe furina quite literally stops being an archon and gives back her powers or something to neuvilette making him the "archon" and furina would turn into a mortal or some regions long life beast things (like liyue's adepti)
Not "Archon" since that's a title bestowed to Celestia's 'puppets' and no way in hell would Neuvillette allow himself to be the puppet of who he despise the most. He's likely gonna be the de facto leader of fontaine as the dragon sovereign of water.
He’s not an archon he’s just the leader of Fontaine now as it should’ve been in the first place. Archons are just Celestia’s way of not letting the dragon sovereigns have their powers. Thus the reason Neuvi doesn’t need the gnosis to use his powers but archons did need it.
