Normally I don't like Clayton Homes because I think they are made cheap. I really think this one they took it up a couple of notches. Good for Clayton Homes. 😊

This house is not listed on any of Clayton Homes websites as the South Carolina, it only shows info. on Clayton Homes lots that are in South Carolina. Also, after viewing a lot of house on Clayton Homes website through their selections of houses the only house came up was a "Carolina" but was a total different from this house. On the Clayton Homes website this house came up as the "Heritage" I absolutely love this house! The layout is totally different then the average standard manufactured house & I like that. This house made it on my most top favorite list...🤗🤗🤗
This is a very unique floorplan. That is a nice fireplace. The kitchen is beautiful. I like the placement of the bedrooms down hallways instead of directly off the main areas. That is a really big walk-in closet in the 2nd guest bedroom. That is a fabulous master bath, the water closet and clothes closet each have beautiful cabinet space, but I would prefer doors to close them off. I would definitely live in this home. ☺❤
Thanks for doing this tour of this home, I'm with another person usually not a fan of Clayton as they seem to have quality issues and reluctant to fix them. This home however truly looks like they have stepped up their game. I have one major beef and that is the placement of the Water heater inside a bedroom closet, that was very disappointing. Love the Pantry cabinets in the laundry room entrance. I would add cabinets above the washer and dryer. The fireplace is beautiful. Another complaint is a heating and cooling ceiling vent directly over the dining area, I actually would like a chandelier their too, I have a faux antler chandelier that would go over My dining table. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed, just would like to see in more natural Wood tone. The window/ sliding door area in dining area I would prefer and want a single French door. Wall space in the living room is great. The thermostat is in a good place instead in the middle of a wall which then restricts what you can place there. Wish this place had truly a coat closet and linen closet for the other bedrooms of the home. The master bedroom is nice but don't need that large of a opening for the bathroom entrance, just would want a single wide pocket door. Would like a door put on the first closet entry that is a must for me. Will not have a open view closet EVER! IF POSSIBLE WOULD LIKE A DOOR ON THE WATER CLOSET, IT'S ALREADY FRAMED OUT. THE OTHER small detail is the towel bar over the toilet in the secondary bathroom I would want it on the opposite wall not over the toilet at all and a separate towel ring for the sink area, maybe hung on side of the cabinet. Other than that this looks to be a much upgraded home for Clayton and has a fantastic layout. Felt like a real HOME with real possibilities.
It incredibly how much prices have gone up in these last 3 years. The house is nice. For the price I would love to see wood shelves in closets and pantry. Double rods in closets to maximize the storage space. For me I rather have the pvc floors throughout the house. No carpet. Thank you for sharing this video
I know I absolutely agree. Inflation for everything has been crazy! And yes, Wood shelving in all the closets would be just as nice. And I do agree about the carpet. It was a lot of carpet in the high traffic areas in the living room for my personal liking. However, I do like the carpet in the bedrooms. But hey. It’ll work for someone. I will definitely would like to have the wood flooring like we saw in the front entry & in the kitchen extended throughout the living room space, and in the hallway leading to the bedrooms and guest bath. At the end of the day, this home right here exactly the way it is. It’s the perfect dream home for someone out there. You are absolutely welcome. And we really appreciate your review comments.
