I am so glad to notice that gay-themed movies made in Italy seem to have a good following internationally. Mascarpone is a very nice dramedy with genuine performances and I hope "Mascarpone again" lives up to expectations.
As for subtitles, I was a little put down by the English subtitles in Mascarpone (Italian is my first language and the translation left much to be desired) but sometimes the dialogue volume in the original Italian soundtrack was so low and the actors spoke so quickly I did not get their lines at times! :-D
Loved this movie but was a bit sad about the ending. Has a third movie been announced yet? I need Antonio to have his happy ending!

Exato. Por isso que a Netflix é a melhor no streaming, pois quando lança um filme ou série, o faz no mundo todo. A Prime fica restringindo o acesso. Entrevista com o Vampiro levou dois anos para colocarem no catálogo brasileiro.

Recitazione appena sufficiente e trama davvero troppo semplice.
Peccato, avevo sperato visto che il primo film non è male a parte certe incoerenze nella sceneggiatura, a mio modesto parere. Quindi, come sempre, sequel peggiore del primo?
Recitazione pessima ed è strano perché nel film precedente gli attori interpretavano gli stessi personaggi. Il primo non mi era dispiaciuto, questo sembra scritto e realizzato in fretta con un unico scopo: cavalcare l'onda del precedente. Peccato.

La trama è debole, un film pieno di stereotipi appartenenti al mondo gay, ormai superati e ghettizzanti. Pessima la recitazione: in alcune scene non si capisce cosa dicano i personaggi. questo film può piacere solamente ad un adolescente con scarna conoscenza del mondo del cinema.

Why the heck are there no italian shows without that set, forced acting, that terrible way to talk, so unnatural... nobody talks like that in real life, so why is everybody acting like that in Italian movies and TV shows? Enough!
EDIT: after a few searches, this is supposed to be "Scuola di Recitazione Romana", apparently this is supposed to be a form of professional acting... insufferable, please everybody stop!
It is really good acting, they seem like real people.
The thing is, in Rome they really talk like that -- and as I get older I am having a hard time understanding what people are saying, let alone actors' lines! And I am Roman, like these actors 😀
@@acintoli Could it be that people started talking like this mimicking the way they hear actors in movies and TV shows? After years and years of this (very) annoying forced acting everywhere, I'm sure people began thinking this is "cool", like children adopting stupid mannerisms from the socials. Not a fan.
@@kpbearfl Not a fan either and I can assure you that in real situations, when I hear some young people in the streets, I am even uneasier -- I feel like they are speaking another language altogether. The use of vowels, in particular, has changed considerably, with elongated AH and EH sounds and a's replaced with e's and viceversa.
They say it is the Roman accent -- I always beg to differ because Roman dialect (from which this accent is barely derived and that I used to hear when I was little) is a completely different thing, used to be paced more slowly and with the use of colorful language that never sounded insulting or vulgar.
Making a comparison with British English, which I always use as a reference, the Roman acting style is just like the Estuary accent I hear on the BBC, which I find very irritating. And I know that many people have come to equate it with standard English, which is not.
