Looks delicious! Raw flour could cause issues due to it carrying bacteria you can heat it up in a pan before mixing it it’s the best option to stay safe.

Btw, it's not only the eggs you shouldn't eat, it's raw flour. That's because when they harvest the wheat, they get all the insects, dust, whatever they spray onto the wheat into the harvest as well, and that's what messes up your stomach. It loiks awesome, though. I'm envious XD

The problem is not raw eggs in cake batter it is the raw flower. Simply bake the dry flour before use and it is safe to use in raw dishes.
