@@rosieseisor I didn't know that masahiro had just started highschool , thought he was a second year or something and well there are people(atleast I know one)who become a teacher right after highschool ends. That's why I thought there might be only a 3 or 4 yr gap btw them

Anime is ended with Kou give Masahiro a ring, it is HE. In manga, Kou proposed to Masahiro and they are going to live together. But the manga is still on going and it seems like they'll run into a few setbacks in the future. But don't worry, they love each other so much, and we have Kousuke-san, he will definitely solve all problems and they will be happy together
