It's rare that live performances are as good as the video recording, but I have to say I am thinking this is better. Not only his voice but the whole group working with him and amazing sound/recording guys, especially for the drums.

I like how he dropped the pitch for the live version verses the higher album version. Given his superb range I just feel that the ever so slight pitch drop captures the best of his voice. It lets us hear his low growl and high soul with pushing his voice too hard. Brilliant vocalist.
