I really like the more 'general' chat , maybe do general pods and add in any highlights or extra context for festivals. Then do a WWD for big vids which might have a lot more BTS stuff. I like the directors commentary idea too but ideally I wouldn't like it to replace any audio content because I (and probs other people) listen to the pod while driving, doing chores etc. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing what's coming in the pipeline
Going to the pub alone does depend on the context! I have done solo traveling for years around the states/ Europe you ain't going to just sit in a hotel/ hostel all night. You kinda need to make an effort to hit a bar and sometimes it turns out to be a laugh with randoms.
Sadly agree with the last 15 mins of the pod, when the festivals are coming so thick and fast the pods can be a bit samey and don't add too much from the main video - particularly Rob's closing segments in the main vid generally summarise them concisely. The parts I find most interesting are when you guys chat about life and about the channel.
I like the what went down but as Rob said, it doesn't add a huge amount of you've seen the video. I think some more silly tier list type videos etc would be great and then have the main what went down type pods can be a general catch up and a peak behind the curtain instead. Like why things were demonised or what kind of issues or quirks come up from the leadup to the festival etc. what are the plans for in the future. The director commentary vids would be great as a replacement for the what went downs, maybe like a reaction video format with the whole thing a bit more heavily edited than a podcast and has more insight with things people didn't see. (PS. If you want a spare editor for them hmu yeah?)

Directors cut definitely sounds interesting…could be for flagship festivals, but then sometimes things come up in others such as FIB. Perhaps a what went down at the start of each podcast for just 15 mins with any people missing in the room joining over zoom for that bit and then on to the rest of the podcast which is random shit. I comment because I find myself enjoying the podcast and the WWD as much as the main channel vid.
Honestly big up Ben, he's a great host of these - reduces the amount of talking over one another and moves the conversation on at an enjoyable pace
