      @SunilSingh  Před 3 měsíci +1

      I reckon the difference will be in build quality and that is why they have different safety certification and price. My only advice is if there is ECE 22.06 certified helmet available in your budget try to get that one for better safety. And if there are multiple models available choose whatever you like more

    • @SunilSingh
      @SunilSingh  Před rokem +1

      Hi Gautam, visor quality is decent. Both the main visor as well as inner sunshield are of good quality. Two negative points if I have to pick will be a very average pinlock antifog insert and a very basic visor open close mechanism.

    Sir, shall i go for this helmet or the MT thunder 3 pro?.

    • @SunilSingh
      @SunilSingh  Před rokem +2

      Pal, Thunder 3 pro is good helmet and only downside is it's inferior safety rating. 4⭐ Sharp rating or overall Sharp rating standards are not as good as ECE 22.06.
      So choice is yours. If your heart is totally mesmerized by thunder 3 pro and your brain is ok with trade-off than go ahead and buy the MT but remember this thinking process and decision is yours to make. Or if you can spend 12k than go ahead and buy MT Thunder 4 SV with ECE 22.06 😀

    एकदम खराब हेल्मेट हैं। Air noise बहुत हैं। डबल वाइजर लगाओ तो भी dust आंखोमे जाती ही है । धूप में बहुत गरम होता है बाहर का वाइजर।

    • @SunilSingh
      @SunilSingh  Před rokem

      You can try contacting your local Steelbird dealers for visors. If they don't have in stock, consider placing an order with them. Because Its a new model, it will take some time for spares and helmet to be widely available in market.
      You can also try contacting this company shop in Delhi - +91 87087 79016 | Email - help.ignyte@gmail.com

    • @SunilSingh
      @SunilSingh  Před rokem

      hey, sorry for late reply. There are not many open face ECE certified helmets available in our country. LS2 sell some models so check out there web page. As far as my knowledge go LS2 OF603 INFINITY II SOLID JET 'open face helmet is ECE 22.06 certified so you can try your luck finding one in India. If you can manage to get one from abroad than look for brands like - HJC, Nexx, Bell and Caberg.

    Wouldn't it be better to buy something like the MT blade 2 SV since the helmet material is a lot better and would most likely pass the ece 22.06 certification as well?

    • @SunilSingh
      @SunilSingh  Před rokem +3

      Well! I am afraid its not that simple, otherwise what's stopping MT to send couple of Blade 2 SVs to nearest French testing lab and get a new ECE certification for better sales prospective. Testing parameters have changed hugely over ECE 22.05 for 22.06.
      Both helmets (MT Blade and IGN-7) are made of High Impact Resistant Polycarbonate and Polymer. But yes, the interior of MT is better.

      @@SunilSingh Hi, I learnt that the helmet shell is made up of PC-ABS and not polycarbonate thereby the tensile strength of the material almost half of polycarbonate. I feel like they could have increased the price and used a better material which would actually put them on a good playing field with other companies.

    Is it true or fake labeling from steelbird?
    Because what i feel is all other models of ignite are not even ECE 2205 certified.
    All of a sudden they released model ECE 22.06 . But similar model is available in amazon with ISI and Useless DOT certificate which anyone can paste it.😂
    I have serached in ECE website to check this but no official news. Something fishy about this helmet
