- Surprisingly, the wall climb wasn't the scariest part. But still, I've never felt so much adrenaline in my life. The Via Ferrata in Mürren is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure and makes you confront fears you never knew you had! Such a thrill, Switzerland is so full of surprises.
What an incredible experience. Great job on pushing yourself. An adventure you will never forget. Beautiful views. Thanks for sharing. Gunwhale
Hey Joe! Glad you liked it!
Advice for next time - clip your carabiners in reversed so that you can't ever absent-mindedly unclip both simultaneously or by accident :) nice video
Thanks... I really appreciate all the advice on this video. First POV attempt and trust me there's more coming soon.
Nice climb, scary at times! 😀
I was so scared lol
Wild dude. Some day I’ll do this 😆
Let's see it!
Amazing video, but if I can make a suggestion - next time dont add this royalty free music, its annoying and recognizable (similarly regognizable as every ai art). Ambient nature sounds, stream, birds etc - these sounds left alone make the experience much more pleasurable. Also, dont cut the most scary bridge walking part :)
Thank you for this advice! Yes I was stuck trying to figure out how to handle the audio part but yes I need to balance that better. New to this!
great video! My palms were sweating just from watching. I'm planning to get into the via ferratas, but I think I will leave the Mürren one for future... far future :D congrats on doing it, I think I would turn around at the base jump station 😁
Apparently this is an "easy" one lol
Dude, that's insane!
Yep crazy stressful but next time will be better!
Where is this in Swiss ??? Exact location . Thanks.
Via ferrata in murren, above lauterbrunnen valley
Have experiences like these made you more or less scared of heights? I want to get over my fear so I can do stuff like this
I had a solid fear of heights before this and it's gone. I'm trying to break all my fears!
@@nofearnomad Thanks for answering my question. I've looked through your channel and have found you very inspiring. How's Thailand treating you?
As someone already pointed out taking off the music as a whole and just letting the original footage and your voice, also I would say try and talk through the thing WHILE you are doing the clim not a voiceover, but it's still a really good video enjoyed it a lot! Good luck!
Thanks for the tip. My gopro mic sucked and I had to put music over my voice because I wasn't happy with it. I'll do another climb like this and use a newer action cam and mic. Thanks for the input, I really want to provide content you guys will enjoy.
@@nofearnomad You've probably seen Magnus Midtbø on his free solo with Alex Honnold? That's a prime example of how to get the nervous feeling and danger through to the audience. You did a pretty good job though👍
you're not actually supposed to be hanging on to the metal rope. It's more of a life line ;)
Good to know for next time!!!
wear gloves next time😉
My mistake lol
