SOCO: The influence of alcohol to Orlino Gapusan

SOCO probes into a violent drunken rampage in Barangay Dianao in Cauayan City, Isabela wherein the perpetrator killed the mother and neighbor of his alleged 17-year-old rape victim. Barangay Dianao, Cauayan City, Isabela chairman Roel Quebral talks about 51-year-old widower Orlino Gapusan, and how the man becomes sexually suggestive and aggressive towards young women when under the influence of alcohol. Resident Estanislao Costales recalls the time when his 17-year-old daughter told them that she was raped by the 51-year-old widower. Costales also says Gapusan tried to settle the child abuse case he was facing by offering to marry his daughter. Cauayan City Police Station officer on case PO3 Arvin Asuncion discusses their initial findings into the shooting incident in Barangay Dianao that killed the brother of Quebral and the wife of Costales.
