Both coaches used the word adjusted about ten times. And that's the thing, players will adjust. The good ones will do it quicker. One arm being pinned was holding the ball for a long time, but the league changed it because players started to sling blokes into the ground. They hold them up now so no issue. If a player tries to kick it but misses, they'll likely get away with it because they tried. But players are coached to not recklessly kick it in defensive 50 so that's an adjustment that players and coaches will need to make.
