    Just made this bread and it came out very well. I have been struggling with sourdough lately so this was a great confidence boost. Doubled the salt though because we like saltier bread.

      I often have struggled with some of my breads. It was probably one the biggest hurdles I have had to overcome in my kitchen experiences. Persistence and practice are always the way to go! You got this!
