PCC downloading error got fixed by visiting the Dajeej Fingerprint office. I have done the following steps: 1. You need to re-take your fingerprint in most cases. I visited the Ahmadi Fingerprint office and gave my fingerprint again (I live in Salmiya. But, Mishref Fingerprint office asked to go to Ahmadi). Please note, Biometric Fingerprint and Residency Fingerprints are different. You can not skip one for the other for the time being. 2. Wait for two-three days. If MOI/Sahel application is still giving an error, you must go to the Dajeej fingerprint office. Ask for IT Department. 3. After checking in their system, they will ask you to go to another office in the same building to get your Fingerprint scan number. (mostly, this error is due to the fingerprint scan number not being linked to your residency profile). 4. After linking your fingerprint scan number, your Sahel app/MOI web page will allow you to download PCC. I must say the Dajeej MOI Staff were so friendly and helpful. What happened?
Sir I am I Kuwait but when I am going through sahel app for PCC it’s showing .
This request has been revived and bis being follow up.
