It's interesting to see how much ankle movement all the riders have. Is something to think about or optimize? I have felt like ankle support gives me a little more confidence.
I mean it's added compliance.. on rock gardens like this, if you have too much support I can see how it would be really easy to get bucked. At the same time, I'm recovering from an ankle/acchiles injury, so the thought of riding without support is horrifying😂
Amazing shots! Kinda gives you some perspective on why bikes cost so much these days... the amount of engineering behind them is insane! I studied mecheng and it still blows my mind! Stoked for what the future holds! Both riders and bikes!
Forgive my lack of knowledge on who's who in the pro DH world but homeboy on the Giant Glory was killing it with those hucks! He looked fastest in several different parts of the track, course that's hard to judge accurately in slow motion thou. Good to see Gee healed up and back at it. Kerr's prototype Pivot looks . . . Interesting, I dig his kit thou, that dude always has style with his colorways and kit.
