@@remadotea444 well i think they're both decent in coop, but if most of them didn't use dendro related comp, you can try use and build other versatile characters in the future. Yes it may take some time to build them properly but in the long run, I'll say it's worth it
Not every person in this world has enough money/luck/whatever to pull for constellations. It’s not the best option for coop but please be polite to each other

@@elijahang3968 C0 Zhongli is still useful in Azdaha, he can be used to tank his attacks and taunt Azdaha to attack him while other players can choose long-range characters and attack from afar, I guess just not that many people think about this strategy
Coop will be much easier to breathe and more interesting to play without toxicity. I met many players that confessed they are not eager to join coops as they are uncomfortable with toxic players. Come on, this is a game, game where we can sit and enjoy whatever character we use, not to be ashamed for our characters being "weak", "not enough cons to support team"
But they were right? Why would you bring a shield built Zhongli into an AZDAHA domain? You can only shield yourself if u are c0. Everyone else will die except you and you can’t do any dmg to it without teammates. It makes no sense.

I do understand why some people don’t like C0 Zhongli… If he’s not using a DPS build when at C0 in co-op,it doesn’t really benefit anyone since you can only keep yourself alive but do no damage. If you’re gonna use Zhongli in co-op you have to be prepared to use either a DPS build or have him at C2.

Dps build even at c0 isn’t his best build, best build across the board is shield bot. The c2 doesn’t change that but it makes him “easier” to play by saving time so you don’t have to hold E and helps in co op a bit. But even in this case if he was c0 it wouldn’t be a issue unless they wanted to stay close to azdaha(which is what get most of the players killed against azdaha) to Grief for damage. You have way more than enough time to run away from the stomps and dodge his attacks. Edit: granted you would probably be better off playing a healer or a actual dps character but if he’s your only character than built then it is what it is.

C0 shieldbot zhongli has no utility in co-op because he cannot give his teammates shields and also does no damage. At that point you’re basically there to look pretty while your teammates do the work. C2 shieldbot is fine because it gives teammates shields in co-op. That’s why the og commenter says don’t bring c0 zhongli without a dps build, because otherwise you’re not helping anyone.
Honestly speaking, unless they're the host, I don't really like when someone brings c0 zl in a harder fight like this- especially to azhdaha he has a TON of geo res. Idk I feel like it's somewhat of an unwritten rule that the host can bring anyone they want because they're canonically the one needing the help, as the rest of the team just happened to spawn in TwT. Though, it's sweet if instead of assuming things, teammates in the party discuss the best way to fight but that doesn't happen often

Cause anyone can play with any character they want? I brought kazuha against the anemo hypostasis. Maybe that person used zhongli so that they wouldn't have died instantly

Not everyone wants a challenge. People go to coop to get carried or to have fun. Shiled bot Zhongli doesnt support or do which makes him annoying to deal with a teammate.
Maybe they were confused at who they should bring? I know I get confused by that a lot because my Chongyun is often just in the way because people bring ayaka so I often just go Layla to provide coop shields or a healer which is a whole other issue with some hu taos. This is to say that sometimes people bring certain team comps some players don’t have anyone built for or their only character is the same as or similar to another. They probably were trying to not step on anyones’ toes. (Edit is an accidental extra and in the above text sorry)
plus they didn't clear the first time so they definitely need more contribution from a fourth player. sure they can play the characters they like but other players aren't obligated to carry them either and aren't toxic for asking for an easier run
I met a player who didn't want me to use Barbara when we were in the Emblem and Shimenawa domains. To be honest, at that time, I didn't really have a good healer and support. I didn't even have Bennett; I still don't have him now. So, I just left their world. I understand your concern. I'm also a bit worried that my characters might not be strong enough to join co-op. I'm still working on building them up; currently, I'm at AR45. That's why I've been joining co-op sessions for artifact farming
If youre in asia, id be happy to help...honestly if theyre there to help you, (They should) just be sure to be able to carry a bit at least... (Tho in turn the ones being helped doesnt criticize the helpers build. Id had people done that and im like..dude im helping YOU with this build)
Just play whoever you want. It's not that deep, but some people be treating co-op domains as if they need maximum efficiency like a competitive team esport lmao. I've seen people bring in clearly unsuitable choices and we just start with no hesitation or complaints and beat the domain anyways
That’s just so weird, they’re not even the host and they’re trying to command how others should play(which the host shouldn’t be able to do either but you get the point), even if your zhongli was 0, that wouldn’t affect how the others would play unless they’re trying to GREIF for damage by staying close to azdaha and eventually dying. You even have more than enough time to run back away from him while he’s doing the stomps. But you should be able to bring whoever you have built as long as you aren’t trying to troll. But building characters are hard, I have every c6 except for dehya and I can play less than 10 of those characters due to the artifact system rng.
Zhongli at c0 is still good at that domain. Just that it is harder on the team and they have to work harder. It is still good fun to use true gaming skill against this boss and not rely too much on shields or heals.
C0 Zhongli is actually just a deadweight to that domain especially if you build him as a shield bot.. Even Barbara or Amber is more useful than Zhongli on Azhdaha domain who has 70% Geo Resistance..
For me, when I see a player using Zhongli, I ask if they’re C2. If not, I just cry a little and hope we have a healer. Azhdah has probably one of the stupidest aoe attacks that if you don’t have a shield, you’re probably screwed.
C0 Zhongli should be in dps build instead of a support that way he is useful for crowd controlling enemies if he has C2 then go for Support build it is much better👌
Jimmy, ive been watching yoyr videos for months, all i can say is that genshin really needs to utilize coop more, the most fun i have in this game is coop (and when i get a new character lol) Something like a coop abyss or coop challenges BUT include trial characters which we should use to avoid the whales with c6 characters ending enemies in 1 second and stuff like that
I continue playing gi because I met a lot of good people here. But only recently I also met toxic ones, I kept explaining I'm just new and still need a lot of things to know, I felt bad about myself,and find it scared playing game, where people can just anything they want without knowing not all players are just playing to have fun, but most are just playing this game to cope with every day struggle in life
I hope you only find good people...just leave if thats the case, especially if youre helping them. I get (some of them) are kids, but thats no excuse to be an ass
thats what friend list for. meet strong players, be friend and ask for help clearing things in game. random coop is filled with uncertain ppl with different goals. like in this video, host and alfa are both newbies, kuki player i doing support because other might need it, jimmy is doing this for content, not for clearing it fast
I think is ok for artifacts domain but when I see zhongli in trounce domain I auto assume that it’s a c2 at least. But even if it isn’t I’ll just be disappointed internally and eat more food if I have to, won’t really say much and maybe switch to a better healer next round 😢
Imo, play whoever you like. Of course, more useful the better, but in worst case he will be there to provide res shred. Sometimes there are bad matches and that's fine. It's just a game after all
Remembered how once i entered scaramouche fight with yaoyao, the others are diona, ganyu and nahida..ganyu died and left, and nahida followed... It was yaoyao and diona and we each did two digit damage lol. But the heals are unstoppable
Everyone needs help, had an AR50 join my world who kept apologizing they couldn't beat the oceanid. Happy to help, I just asked them to bring any Cryo character cause my Ayaka is queen with that boss.
Oceanid is HELL..i cant beat it till i got keqing... Nowadays i wont pass up chances to beat up oceanid. Just tell me we are beating oceanid and ill be there!

I am curious on what you guys think about “useless” characters. I am pretty new to Genshin and my 1st 5 star was Ayaka. When I tried to do this domain before, there’s always someone with a better Ayaka than me, so I have to switch my character out. Problem is, my 2nd best character is Barbara. I have her on a full healer support build so she barely does any damage. I honestly feel so useless in this situation, and afraid other people might kick me because if it. Should I even try coop at all or just do the domain on a lower level by myself?
Barbara healer is fine in coop. Because your job isnt to do dmg, its to heal the dmg dealers so they can do it. The issue many people have here is that shielders in coop need constellations to share their shield but Zhongli’s coop shield is unlocked at c2(a five star constellation and not a four star constellation like other shileders)Meaning if he’s built pure shielding Zhongli, he is not only a burden to the team who doesnt benefit from him shield, he also has no dmg to contribute to killing Azdaha. With healers, you keep the dps alive. Buffers help deal more dmg and subdps/dps characters do the dmg. A selfish shielder like Zhongli at c0 can do nothing in coop that will benefit the other players than survive through the battle which means you basically have dead weight taking up a slot that couldve gone to another more useful character
You should definitely do coop still! It’s a valuable tool for clearing hard domains faster or at all if you’re having a lot of trouble. If someone gives you criticism for asking for help, that’s their problem. If they get angry at your lack of built characters they can leave the coop at any time.
I rarely see any barbara doing big dmg as healer u should heal others so u should definitely use her if u can't use ayaka also don't waste ur resin on low lvl domain try being host for lvl 45 domains that way higher ar ppl will join u and carry and u can be healer
This is a game and is make for fun. I think they should bring any character they want to play. Besides if is a team cooperation game. They all most play and help each other to overcome the weakness. I sometimes play agains hydro characters with my yelan c6 xd since is stronger than all my pyro characters 😅

@@talah6651 thats negligible help. A full on support is more useful, like a bennet, sucrose, kazuha, even a rosaria would be more useful than a C0 Zhongli. And dont get me wrong. Zhongli is a staple in my teams, usually a must have. But in Co Op, a C0 Zhongli just doesnt cut it. 20% res shred and *nothing else* is what he brings, not damage, not healing not shielding. Thats hardly a good enough reason to keep him. Take a built Lisa instead, she gives defense shred and damage at least
I hate seeing c0 Zhonglis in coop with 0 Dmg. I mean, some people join coop to find people to help them, and your Zhongli is USELESS. Personally as 59 ar player I use my well built characters to help the beginners

Honestly they werent being toxic. If yiu cant bring anything to help the team, dont Co op. Cant do damage? Cant heal? Cant provide shields? Dont join co op. Itll be faster if you do it alone than in co op at that point

I mean, for someone that like that plays Genshin for casual fun, I dont really remember nor understand much about the mechanics of plays and stuff. I cant even understand that hyperbloom, burning whatever team in its entirety. Or which character to use as battery or whatnot. Meh, my head would ache. As long as it gets the job done, I'm happy. So yeah, no coop for me. Though people can come to my world and get resources. I'm good with that. I also kinda dont want to bother people too much with farming items.

I can only tolerate C0 Zhongli in co-op weekly bosses from low AR players (below 56) since they probably afraid of dying early/don't have any well built character other than him and high AR players who at least have self awareness to mention his cons before the battle starts so that someone else in the party could be a healer/prepare NRE. It's selfish for high AR players to bring non C2 Zhongli without mentioning his cons to the party and assume everyone can survive without a healer and they'd leave instantly when everyone dies except for themselves cuz they don't want to be blamed. I've experienced this several times and I can't stand these type of players 😡
Well it's not that bad comparing i meet this certain hutao player. I use Yao² since there's no healer+1p low lvl player. Try use skill less as possible but teammates dying so i had to heal. This certain Hutao player complain with rude word 'F Yao²' then leaving. Idk if someone hate co-op then don't do it. It's not that hard lol.
Just a toxic player... I have a friend with Hu Tao and she is perfectly fine when I heal her. As a HuTao user myself I'm also fine when someone heals me. It's no problem to get low HP - just let boss hit you, so I don't understand when people spread toxity over healing Hu Tao. I take her for fun, not to show off her damage. And by the way, those who hate healing usually die first >:)

He has resist shread for all elements and if he has TOTM and favonius lance he buffs all attacks and shields with 100% uptime, batteries everyone and doesn't even need his burst except to . 70 resist a non factor

@seraphywang4638 mine at level 80 with lvl 1 artifacts (of different sets) does max 12k, and it's shield for now it's strong

I met a player who didn't want me to use Barbara when we were in the Emblem and Shimenawa domains. To be honest, at that time, I didn't really have a good healer and support. I didn't even have Bennett; I still don't have him now. So, I just left their world.

If youre in asia, id be happy to help...honestly if theyre there to help you, (They should) just be sure to be able to carry a bit at least... (Tho in turn the ones being helped doesnt criticize the helpers build. Id had people done that and im like..dude im helping YOU with this build)

Just play whoever you want. It's not that deep, but some people be treating co-op domains as if they need maximum efficiency like a competitive team esport lmao. I've seen people bring in clearly unsuitable choices and we just start with no hesitation or complaints and beat the domain anyways
That’s just so weird, they’re not even the host and they’re trying to command how others should play(which the host shouldn’t be able to do either but you get the point), even if your zhongli was 0, that wouldn’t affect how the others would play unless they’re trying to GREIF for damage by staying close to azdaha and eventually dying. You even have more than enough time to run back away from him while he’s doing the stomps. But you should be able to bring whoever you have built as long as you aren’t trying to troll. But building characters are hard, I have every c6 except for dehya and I can play less than 10 of those characters due to the artifact system rng.
Zhongli at c0 is still good at that domain. Just that it is harder on the team and they have to work harder. It is still good fun to use true gaming skill against this boss and not rely too much on shields or heals.
Unless Zhongli is using a dps build or burst then no not rlly

C0 Zhongli is actually just a deadweight to that domain especially if you build him as a shield bot.. Even Barbara or Amber is more useful than Zhongli on Azhdaha domain who has 70% Geo Resistance..
For me, when I see a player using Zhongli, I ask if they’re C2. If not, I just cry a little and hope we have a healer. Azhdah has probably one of the stupidest aoe attacks that if you don’t have a shield, you’re probably screwed.
C0 Zhongli should be in dps build instead of a support that way he is useful for crowd controlling enemies if he has C2 then go for Support build it is much better👌
I don't really care what characters they play as long they can finish the domain or boss.
Jimmy, ive been watching yoyr videos for months, all i can say is that genshin really needs to utilize coop more, the most fun i have in this game is coop (and when i get a new character lol)
Something like a coop abyss or coop challenges BUT include trial characters which we should use to avoid the whales with c6 characters ending enemies in 1 second and stuff like that

I continue playing gi because I met a lot of good people here. But only recently I also met toxic ones, I kept explaining I'm just new and still need a lot of things to know, I felt bad about myself,and find it scared playing game, where people can just anything they want without knowing not all players are just playing to have fun, but most are just playing this game to cope with every day struggle in life
I hope you only find good people...just leave if thats the case, especially if youre helping them. I get (some of them) are kids, but thats no excuse to be an ass
thats what friend list for. meet strong players, be friend and ask for help clearing things in game. random coop is filled with uncertain ppl with different goals. like in this video, host and alfa are both newbies, kuki player i doing support because other might need it, jimmy is doing this for content, not for clearing it fast
I think is ok for artifacts domain but when I see zhongli in trounce domain I auto assume that it’s a c2 at least. But even if it isn’t I’ll just be disappointed internally and eat more food if I have to, won’t really say much and maybe switch to a better healer next round 😢
Imo, play whoever you like. Of course, more useful the better, but in worst case he will be there to provide res shred. Sometimes there are bad matches and that's fine. It's just a game after all
Remembered how once i entered scaramouche fight with yaoyao, the others are diona, ganyu and nahida..ganyu died and left, and nahida followed... It was yaoyao and diona and we each did two digit damage lol. But the heals are unstoppable
This is why when I get bored, I always play random coop weekly domains just to flex a c2 zhong and helping some comrades out there.
Everyone needs help, had an AR50 join my world who kept apologizing they couldn't beat the oceanid. Happy to help, I just asked them to bring any Cryo character cause my Ayaka is queen with that boss.

I am curious on what you guys think about “useless” characters. I am pretty new to Genshin and my 1st 5 star was Ayaka. When I tried to do this domain before, there’s always someone with a better Ayaka than me, so I have to switch my character out. Problem is, my 2nd best character is Barbara. I have her on a full healer support build so she barely does any damage. I honestly feel so useless in this situation, and afraid other people might kick me because if it. Should I even try coop at all or just do the domain on a lower level by myself?
Barbara healer is fine in coop. Because your job isnt to do dmg, its to heal the dmg dealers so they can do it. The issue many people have here is that shielders in coop need constellations to share their shield but Zhongli’s coop shield is unlocked at c2(a five star constellation and not a four star constellation like other shileders)Meaning if he’s built pure shielding Zhongli, he is not only a burden to the team who doesnt benefit from him shield, he also has no dmg to contribute to killing Azdaha.
With healers, you keep the dps alive. Buffers help deal more dmg and subdps/dps characters do the dmg. A selfish shielder like Zhongli at c0 can do nothing in coop that will benefit the other players than survive through the battle which means you basically have dead weight taking up a slot that couldve gone to another more useful character
You should definitely do coop still! It’s a valuable tool for clearing hard domains faster or at all if you’re having a lot of trouble. If someone gives you criticism for asking for help, that’s their problem. If they get angry at your lack of built characters they can leave the coop at any time.
I rarely see any barbara doing big dmg as healer u should heal others so u should definitely use her if u can't use ayaka also don't waste ur resin on low lvl domain try being host for lvl 45 domains that way higher ar ppl will join u and carry and u can be healer
It's always much better to bring a healer than a c0 zhongli.
My Barbara can deal 80k damage with food.
This is a game and is make for fun. I think they should bring any character they want to play. Besides if is a team cooperation game. They all most play and help each other to overcome the weakness. I sometimes play agains hydro characters with my yelan c6 xd since is stronger than all my pyro characters 😅

Damn! I’ve met a lot of of really chill people in co-op, the closest I got to meeting a toxic guy was a Russian dude was was on a rant about not liking Ukraine though that could have been due to translation errors
I don't directly play Multiplayer because I feel that my characters are not very strong (I'm really new to Genshin even though it's Ar 45 With 50 thousand experience saved why I can't pass the ascension mastery D:)

@@talah6651 thats negligible help. A full on support is more useful, like a bennet, sucrose, kazuha, even a rosaria would be more useful than a C0 Zhongli. And dont get me wrong. Zhongli is a staple in my teams, usually a must have. But in Co Op, a C0 Zhongli just doesnt cut it. 20% res shred and *nothing else* is what he brings, not damage, not healing not shielding. Thats hardly a good enough reason to keep him. Take a built Lisa instead, she gives defense shred and damage at least

So yeah, no coop for me. Though people can come to my world and get resources. I'm good with that.

I can only tolerate C0 Zhongli in co-op weekly bosses from low AR players (below 56) since they probably afraid of dying early/don't have any well built character other than him and high AR players who at least have self awareness to mention his cons before the battle starts so that someone else in the party could be a healer/prepare NRE.
It's selfish for high AR players to bring non C2 Zhongli without mentioning his cons to the party and assume everyone can survive without a healer and they'd leave instantly when everyone dies except for themselves cuz they don't want to be blamed. I've experienced this several times and I can't stand these type of players 😡
Well it's not that bad comparing i meet this certain hutao player. I use Yao² since there's no healer+1p low lvl player. Try use skill less as possible but teammates dying so i had to heal. This certain Hutao player complain with rude word 'F Yao²' then leaving. Idk if someone hate co-op then don't do it. It's not that hard lol.
Just a toxic player... I have a friend with Hu Tao and she is perfectly fine when I heal her. As a HuTao user myself I'm also fine when someone heals me. It's no problem to get low HP - just let boss hit you, so I don't understand when people spread toxity over healing Hu Tao. I take her for fun, not to show off her damage. And by the way, those who hate healing usually die first >:)
