Не стоит торопиться с поспешными выводами. Дело в том, что наиболее ходовые легирующие примеси для алюминия: цинк, магний, титан, кремний, железо - это весьма доброкачественные элементы.
Цинк и титан: повышают сопротивляемость организма простудным заболеваниям, угнетают гормоны стресса.
Магний: улучшает работу сердца, благотворно влияет на рост и восстановление костной ткани.
Кремний: определяет прочность костной ткани и волос, поддерживает подвижность суставов.
Железо: ну тут без слов.

I have to agree with the other commenter. No need to paint. The blades should never be painted. This couls.come off on food. But toxins are not their worries considering the horrible work environments these poor people are forced to work in.

Мы тоже могли бы такое делать,выплавлять,но у нас нет такого грунта.У нас почва - чернозем,а из полезных ископаемых в земле только нефть,газ,алмазы, металлы,поэтому всё это закупаем в Китае😊
да и климат у нас не подходящий😂
че это грунт ? это порода ? его сеют ? можно после отливки юзать 2й раз ? мне казалось что это какая то огарка с печей , натуральный сам расплавится от темп-ры и отлив будет грубый

Поэтому пищевой алюминий не выделяет вредных веществ при контакте с пищей и не влияет на его вкус, запах и качество.

Однако тут всё не так уж и страшно, дело в том, что известная всем со школы оксидная плёнка на алюминии работает, подобно глазури на посуде. Свинец и медь - они даже если и будут в каком-то остатке присутствовать в алюминии, то они сравнительно неопасны. Чего нельзя сказать про ядовитый мышьяк и канцерогенный бериллий; правда и тут нет места для паники: эти примеси используются для весьма специфических областей, и их вероятность попасть в рядовой лом сводится к нулю...

First , I’m glad to see they where wearing safety shields for eye protection, that’s a first. Second about the negative comments about painting aluminum. These guys are smart !!. It does 3 things . First it makes the product more eye appealing. Second the color is a trademark for product recognition from other manufacturers as per their brand / name in the market place. It’s easy to spot and recognize that it’s a just for discussion it’s “ Sam’s French Fry Cutter “. Third it seals the rough poor’s of the aluminum so food and bacteria don’t accumulate and spreed diseases and easy to keep clean and good looking which in turn helps to sell more machines. I would recommend before using this machine for actual food preparation to get some vinegar- etc and some potatoes and spray the cutter and run some potatoes through it to clean off any residual paint and throw those potatoes away, do not use them because they are contaminated with paint; and your good to go👍👍👍👍👍

@@Federico84 you would think so-? But maybe they enclose instructions that before first use that you run some potatoes soaked in vinegar through the machine to clean off the paint and discard said potatoes into the garbage and do not use in food😂😂😂👍

That thing doesn't even look like the one in the thumbnail.
The one in the thumbnail is made of cast iron and stainless steel.

Why paint the blades/grates? I wouldn't want to eat fries cut with these devices. The paint and likely heavy metals from impure aluminum will break off/leach into the food.
