Hey bro, congratiulations on getting your COE. Finding an accommodation these days is a pain in the neck. Here are a few suggestions though: Check with the university website first. Then Facebook Groups, Gumtree and Flatmates website. Mostly facebook groups can be great for finding leads but don't pay upfront money online until you see the property yourself.

I have a query, my agent says I need IT returns, which in my case isn't possible because my dad got retired from private sector so I don't have any pension papers as well. It depends if you get invitation or not
There is 190000 pr quota but demand for pr visa is also high
So in general, it doesnt depend on your course but your skill in the skill occupation list and pr quota

I completed my bachelor of social work (3 years degree) in 2019 with 56% in aggregate and PTE with 68 overall not less than 66. Can i study in Australia with a 3 year bachelor degree and are there any courses related to this field? Should i have to do a master or any diploma course? I have been working in one of the NGOs for almost 2 years. I went to many consultancy and they say it's hard for me to get a master degree with a 3 year bachelor degree and gap so, the uni will not accept a bridging course or direct master course now. I am so much in a dilemma and don't know what to do... Do you have any idea about this? I hope you will reply soon. Thanks

Is there any difference if you study from low grade or top universities in Australia.
To be honest, it depends a lot on you on how you use that study. Top grade universities will usually have good facilities, highly experienced teachers, and amazing student communities but at the end of the day individual outcomes of the career will depend on that person.

I have received my unconditional offer letter to study in that University..
Moreover, they have offered me 15,000 dollars of scholarship per year...
Also, the ranking of University is quite good(it's ranked 173rd globally)

Yes, you can legally start working in Melbourne after you turn 15. Usually many retail, hositiality food chains look for under 18 students as the pay rates are usually lower than adults. So yeah, there is a possibility to work as long as you meet the minimum age requirements for the job.

Yes, it is considered to be part of that. Especially if the specialisation is in the IT industry.
Toefl acceptance is there or not ??
For some reason it has been paused for now. IELTS, PTE is the accepted ones for now.

It could be a possibility depending on the university you are going to study at. Ask for a packaged course so you know when you are starting and hopefully it helps to transition by March 2025 to your new course.

Can you tell me if Masters in AI is good from University of Adelaide or UTS
Both universities are good ones. There are few aspects to think like UTS is a better university for technology-related courses but Uni of Adelaide also a good one. You will need to consider other factors like university of Adelaide is in regional area (Adelaide) so there are benefits to study there, fees, but compared to Sydney, Adelaide has less part-time job opportunities. Consider your long term or short term career goals before choosing.

Did you ask when applying for these offer letters? Did you apply yourself or via agent?
@@overseasstudentsaustralia 4 of the universities were via agents and for Uni of Sydney and Uni of Melbourne I applied myself. I wrote scholarship essays for the universities that i myself applied to.

When they send you the offer letter, usually the scholarship information is given there as well. If you already showed your intentions for scholarship and they didn't offer then it might be that they didn't think you are eligible.
