It's really about being introspective, looking into yourself to find out why you keep getting into bad relationships and "KILLING" that aspect of your personality. KILL THIS LOVE actually means KILL THIS (type of) LOVE. Jennie, on the swans, talks about Yin/Yang, she feels that in order to have good there must always be bad, and she is destined to repeat the cycle. Lisa wants quantity over quality, she steals all of the sweet cereal for a short, sweet sugar high that leaves her feeling empty and wanting more. Jisoo, who is too weak to help herself in the church, is destroyed by her future, stronger self, and Rosé also causes her own destruction, the license plate on her car reads EGO.

You should react to their live performance to the song at Coachella. The bear trap scene represents the girls trying to trap toxic love and they are the bait. The scene where Rose is hitting herself with a car and when Jisoo shoots herself with a flaming arrow both represent trying to kill the naive versions of themselves who are willing to suffer through a bad relationship in order to be happy by themselves.
That trap scene, its like saying love is a trap

In the older discography, officially they were not listed as writers for there songs because of the company policies, but members in some interviews said that they wrote lyrics in some songs, Stay, As if it your last, Playing with fire, especially rap lyrics, so non officially we don't know exactly on how many songs they have participated in there older discography.

The cereals represent false love are also a play on cereal(serial) killer. The bear trap at a certain angle looks like a heart representing love as a trap and a harmful one at that.
