I've purchased one 2 years ago for my macaw. Didn't get aviary, cause it looked small. But spoke to Angie today told her that I placed aviary on wishlist, but informed they holding off on making them due to staffing cause of pandemic. Love that you showed aviary.
Ahhh, this may explain why I have not received a reply from them. I'm after the Macaw backpack, but with timezones, difficult to call them from Australia.
It's a small traveling aviary. It's good for 2 Cockatoo size birds hanging out at the beach or just for getting a little sun outside. Not spending hours in it. They will have the measurements on line. Really nice company. You can also call them and they are so nice.
April, my eclectus parrot has a large cage but he's fallen off his perch at night a couple of times and I was thinking of buying this pack in the medium wide & using it as a sleep cage & carry cage. Is this a bad idea? I've spent so much money since I found my boy. it was unexpected and I was not at all prepared. I'm a first time parrot owner who is trying my best but still feel so unsure every move I make. I don't want to make costly mistakes & this pak would be nearly $500 to buy in Australia. I want to buy right the first time so long term he has everything he needs & I’m not spending double. Help!
FYI: I found my parrot on the road, starving, dehydrated with what I would describe as mutilated wings. Someone had ”clipped” them very poorly & he was unable to fly. I took him to the vet. He was not microchipped and even though I did look for an owner, I was never able to locate. I’m a cat lady so bird life was & kinda still is alien to me. It's been 7 months & sometimes I feel lost. My anxiety doesn't help lol but it's all love! I just want to do my best for him. You've been a big inspiration and keep me going!

I have Thomas in a nice carrier with a perch 3 inches from the bottom. Totally affordable! If you want to get the pack o bird for around town that would be fun.
