Can you refuse the lumbar as an adult. Its way too painful I never want to do it again. I would refuse.

I had it and wasn’t painful. Most of the people who had this procedure stated that is not a painful procedure. Maybe the person who did it to you had not enough experience or was the first time. Sorry.
