Thank you for this video. My mother just brought this out to show me that it was her fathers.
Yesterday my friend gave me the same, almost unused Yashica camera as a gift. There was a film inside (Polaroid/12 frames), maybe the first and last one, and an original cap for the lens and viewfinder. This model is well built, stylish. I am so happy, really. Thanks for posting this.

what is ASA? Is that film speed?

I use photostage professional v 7.27 now, and I have experience making pure photography and educational broadcast programs before. Right now, I’m just splitting the time and making and posting the camera introduction video.

Approximately what is this camera worth ?
For some reason the picture counter of my Yashica bounced 4 pictures at a time, shot my first roll of film and I got 4 pictures out of 24 ;(((( any idea why?
It's a strange situation that seldom appears on the automatic camera. Only 4 out of 24 films... Although there are often times when the battery freezes in really cold weather, the film automatically rolls up. Weird
@@lian68812 Well the battery is new and the camera hasn’t been in cold conditions so I’m very confused too
