Cart Full Progression - 3 Days

Cart Full Progression - Due to my "Work-and-Travel-Year" I am unfortunately not able to practice my skills on the trampoline anymore..Therefore I've decided to start Tricking continously and gave Cart Fulls a try!
With the help of this video you can go with me through my three days of practicing!

which way do you do the side flip ?

My cart full and side flip are both the same side. That's why I started of doing some cart side flip kinda things haha

I haven't done it that way, but I personally think that it might help you a lot to get used to transferring the power of your cart into the flip.

Not exacly, cart front are way easier then The front flip itself, try Master cart front, when u fell confortable, Just add a half flip in it. I think cartfull its easier then cart front too because u land seeying The floor, maybe when u try a cart front u"ll do a cartfull in reflex, it what happened to me.
