For anyone having difficulty putting a Nano II motor into “update” mode, try using a USB-A to USB-C cable to power the motor. I could not get my motors to enter the update mode while using a USB-C power supply with power delivery. But when I changed to using a USB-A to USB-C cable and battery they immediately enter update mode.
Mine got stuck on 4% as well, but nothing works..Also, the staring upgrade serial number changed to 000000. Raised ticket with Tilta and awaiting reply.
I just received the Nucleus Nano 2 motor, control wheel and remote grip. When I attach the control wheel to my USB-C charger, there is no "charging" indicator. Any advice on how to recharge the internal battery? Also, mine unit shipped with a Chinese owner manual. I don't see an English version on Tilta's web site. Does an English version exist?
I cannot upgrade the software on the wheel. Did you have this problem? I tried already more than 30 times and I just get stuck on different stages of the update.
In mine situation, the firmware number of the motor is 000000 and it doesnt complete any update at all. Crazy about it.

tried but it gets stuck again at 55% one time, 25% another time and cannot finish the upgrade ! max that I got is 69% !
