Ali Sadpara from Pakistan, Juan Pablo Mohr from Chile and John Snorri from Iceland began their journey to climb K2 in winter. But, they are now out of reach. K2, located in the Karakoram mountain range, is considered as most difficult to climb in winter and for the first time, a team of Nepalese climbers summited it last month in winter. The difficulty is due to icy winds that blow at more than 200 kilometres per hour when the temperatures drop to minus 60 degrees Celsius.

सारा काम तो शेरपा का होता है। जहाँ एक ओर लोग आराम से चलते हैं वो दो तीन चक्कर लगाकर सारा सामान भी ढोता है।
लेकिन बाद में उन् लोगों की ऐसी तारीफ होती है जैसे वो सब खुद किये मैं ये नहीं बोल रहा की वो लोग आसानी से पहुँच जाते हैं पर शेरप्पा नहीं होते तो आज स्थिति और होती

पहाड़ तो सिर्फ एक विशाल स्थिर पत्थर का टुकड़ा होता है।
इसीलिए इंसान आज आगे बढ़े हैं। कुछ जीत लेने की जीत। यही जीत आज इंसान को यहां लेकर आई नहीं तो हम भी Evolution के stage में, बाकी जानवरों की तरह रह जाते।
