Ingredients
Lauki 250 grams, cut into big chunks
Chana dal 1/2 cup, soaked overnight
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbap
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Garam masala 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green cardamoms 3
Cloves 3
Bay leaf 1
Bread slices 3-4
Fresh chopped coriander 3 tbsp
Fresh green chilies 1-2 sliced
Preparation:
1. Drain the soaked dal and add to the pressure cooker.
2. Add laukin chunks alongwith all the powdered and whole spices and 1 cup water.
3. Pressure cook for 4 whistles on medium flame.
4. Allow the preaaure to release on its own.
5. Open the pressure cooker. Turn on the flame and dry out any water if left. Mash the lauki and dal while drying the water.
6. Now take oyt the mixture in a bowl.
7. Grind the fresh slices of bread and add to the mixture. Mix and keep aside for 15 minutes.
8. Now shape into kebabs.
9. Grill on tawa with very little oil until crunchy on both sides. No need to shallow or deep fry.

Lauki Chana Dal Recipe
Ingredients
Lauki 300 grams, chopped into small chunks
Chana dal 1 cup, soaked overnight
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 1 small, chopped
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 3/4 tsp
Tomato 1, chopped
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander
Fresh green chilies
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pressure cook and add onion, ginger gralic paste and cumin seeds. fry intil golden.
2. Add tomatoes, salt, red chilies and turmeric powder and cook until tomaties are soft.
3. Add lauki and chana dal and 2 cups water.
4. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
5. Let the pressure release and add garam masala, coriander powder and cumin powder, chopped coriander and green chilies.
6. Serve with roti or rice. - Jak na to + styl

You do not look weird at all and if people say you do then that is their problem. After watching your videos I have gathered that you grew up in the Middle East and despite that you do not try to act like other Pakistani CZcamsrs who have just recently moved abroad and have started changing their dressing just to ‘fit in’.
