It's about a younger twin sister being asked to 'temporarily' exchange their identity for the elder twin in the marriage to a rich guy due to some very serious allergic reaction on her face that she needed some time and cosmetic surgery to heal it. She didn't want to miss the chance to marry a rich guy so she had to ask a favour from her estranged younger twin sister, in return she agreed to take care of their sick mother who is in coma while they exchange their identities.

Really disappointed that the double sweet wife drama stop at episode 33. Such a sad ending. Can the wife survive in such situation? No punishment to the sister. The CEO is a capable person so should easily find his wife and can easily deny the baby. Hope the director finds his way to complete the episode with a good ending.

Both the movie version and series version are cliff-hanger and not sure if there's part 2 or session 2 because in both version the problems faced by both ML and FL have not been resolved, and sadly the FL which was the substitute of the twin live miserably without any clue whether her life would be better and her cunning sister as well as the woman who covet her husband also has no retribution...
