sir maine asyllum apply kra tha canada se usa jakr..or sir agar mai usa me baby plan krta hu ...or baad me baby birth ke baad 2ya 3 saal baad agar Mai apni country jana chahta chahta hu to kya ye bhi rule h ki mai or meri wife hi bus home country ja skte h hmara baby nhi jab Tak 18 years ka na ho jaye.....plus sir must reply

Hi sir very informative, I wanted to know if a kid has American citizenship but he is residing in India so does he need to pay extra school and college fees there? Or he can live there like an Indian citizen only ?

They can live in india as american citizen,
for school/college, if they come to USA- schools are free for all people who live here and college, kids who are American citizen get fellowship but most indian citizen kids donot get
