- Hey guys wassup! I’M SO excited to show you this project I’ve been working on! I’ve always been a Wicked fan, but it really came to life for me when I saw the broadway show in 2014. I was in tears. The story was so beautifully crafted, and the poignancy of friendship, forgiveness, love & the theme that ‘nothing is impossible,’ still takes me back to that night as a 16 year old, watching my favorite show come to life on that stage. 1. How long did this take you? - About 2 months
2. Did you do the makeup yourself? - Yes! I’m a theatre kid at heart & love hair and makeup (especially the green kind) ;)
3. Where did you get the costumes? - I ordered some pieces online and found the rest at thrift stores :)
4. How did you choose the songs? - There are so many amazing songs in this show, but I chose the ones I thought showcased the characters the best.

I hope you're proud of this because you deserve to be. Favourite parts for me would be Popular (still got fond memories of that song from the Peter Hollens/Nick Pitera collaboration from a few years ago) and when you go full witch on 4.40(Defying Gravity) .That makeup may feel weird but you look amazing in Green.
And I didn't even mention how impressive you are in inhabiting these characters. With the change of voice and personality you'd almost think it was two different people sharing screen time.
I kinda like how you took the manner and patterns of the wizard of Oz witch and jammed with it

I'm actually crying right now. Wicked has always been my favorite musical. My favorite part is definitely when "Defying Gravity" changes into "For good" and when the Elphaba-look changes from shy Elphie to strong Elphaba. This is so wonderful. Keep up the work! 💚💗

Just when I thought you couldn't get better, and then I stumble across this video! Wicked is my ultimate favorite musical of all time (I've seen it 3 times!). You're without a doubt a triple threat - you sing beautifully, are a very talented actress, and are one of the most genuine people aside from it all. I'm new to your channel...so I'm still here in 2020! :) Brilliant mashup. That chord transition from Defying Gravity to For Good is wonderful, specially with such a tough note and that big fiato to begin with. Loving it!

I was getting some Elsa vibes from seeing Glinda's blue dress at the end. Which is funny because it's Idina Menzel who played Elphaba and Elsa.

This is one of the best medleys I have ever watched. It was just so wicked (pun fully intended), and I loved every second of it. I love the costumes and the makeup. I painted myself green once when I went as Elphaba for Halloween (with my sister going as Glinda), and it did feel weird, but at the same time, I really liked it. Please continue to make these amazing videos because they are awesome and they really make my day. :-)

You're very welcome. I know the makeup feels sticky at first, but you do get used to it. I loved being green, even if it took ages to first put on. Half an hour to do my face, neck, chest and hands. But your hard work paid off in the end, so a very well done to you :-)

Another thing. If you have seen the musical, I have two questions for you. 1. Who’s team are you on? Raoul or Erik (The Phantom)? And 2. Who do you think is better for Christine? As in, who should she have chosen? Raoul or Erik? As you can probably tell by my CZcams name and picture, I ship Erik and Christine and I am on Team Phantom.

For me, my absolute favourite would be the sass in what is this feeling, I really felt that tension between ✨GELPHIE✨, especially when Glinda said my faCe is fluShing- for popular I love how elphaba is just like clueless and also slightly going: what did I get myself into- while ur interpreting of Glinda is COMPLETELY. u n h i n g e d. 😂🎉❤defying gravity. That was a moment. Those NOTES U HIT HARD. I also sing defying gravity the same way you do which gave me confidence that it works. Also my gosh those lil riffs u added in Defyin gravity n for good😍😍true turning point 🥺 and then for good… my gosh. Chills. Fantastic rendition / medley. Now imma put this on my playlist and watch it on loop 🤣🎀🥰
