Try keeping a diary or journal (aps available) of times when you felt tempted to access porn and any times that you followed through with the urges as well . Block those sites in your device, This may be a good option if you find yourself mindlessly accessing them. Now comes very #IMPORTANT step turn to ALLAH by saying a prayer whenever you get the urge to access porn. If your faith is your primary motivation for quitting porn, praying will be a helpful strategy for you. Try saying a prayer every time you get the urge to access porn u can recite YA SALAMU (meaning the GIVER OF PEACE) , also u can recite auzubillahi minashaitan nirajeem (meaning "i seek refuge in allah from the outcast shaitan" it reminds us to seek protection from all evil influences and attentions ) Ask Allah to give you the strength to resist your urges and help you to become a good Muslim.Remember that Allah loves to forgive those that turn to Him when they fall to temptation, but hates it when we repeat the same sin and may decide that punishment is due.. Muslims dont know math OR the Bible, and here's why...There are FOUR basic rules of math and they are addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division. To measure increase? You use addition and multiplication. To measure decrease? You use subtraction and division. So when muslims always ask how is God ONE when 1+1+1=3? Simple, because 1×1×1=1. Now the Bible states in Isaiah 9 verse 7 "of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end", so to TRULY understand the kingdom of God you also have to understand that while the number ONE is increasing in total one at a time with each new person that has or recieves the divine Life of God, the OTHER reality of this increase is 1×1×1×1×1×1×1 and so on will ALWAYS be ONE. Thats why psalms 82 verse 6 says "ye are gods" and Jesus statement of "make them One as WE are One" are BOTH true and mathematically proven by the God who mathematically measured and created ALL things. Arguing against the Trinity does NOT work mathematically.
