In this video, I showed up in a Chinese beach and went ahead to swim with the locals. There was lots of reactions and I also had some awesome interactions with some locals who got really surprised that I could fluently speak the Chinese language

@@baiyun7810 I live in the US, and I'm African American. It's common knowledge among us that Chinese people in the US are extremely racist towards us. The reason why Fel's channel has become so popular is because it shows a dark-skinned African man being treated positively in a country that our media has told us hates us and is hostile and racist towards us. It's a direct contradiction to what we've been taught to believe. Not all Chinese Americans are like this! But it has happened often enough that the stereotype still exists in people's minds.
Brother, your videos are so positive, and you show China in such a positive light. Your videos warm my heart. I live in San Francisco a few blocks from Chinatown, so I'm in touch with their culture.

A beautiful country with friendly people
Just some random adults from different nationalities socializing on a beach. It's so nice how curious and friendly the people of Shenzen are. you are painting a really nice picture of china and i love it. People tend to focus so much on the negatives, that the beautiful life that can be had is often forgotten

This it’s so special I had no idea I feel ignorant the beach in China looks amazing man so clean people are so nice but I know this experience with the people I work in hospitality in Florida and we used to get big groups of them and they were always so nice and cool with me, wanting to smoke cigarettes with me take pictures I always had a good experience with them. What i like about this brother is he reminds me of black americans in the 90s and down when going abroad. Very respectful in another country but still enjoying himself. There are some black young american like this today but its very scarce. Ive seen some youtube channels of black american but they seem more professional than natural encounters of learning the culture while enjoying yourself and being respectful.
You don’t know anything about black people you probably only had few interactions with them.

Literally what I did as a kid growing up in China.... I'd be playing on the beach and everyone wanted photos so I charged money and they'd actually pay... it's funny that 20 years later some things don't change
