    You could pour some heated chicken broth over the cooked chicken. It would really help it not be so dry.

    Another great video! Loved all you had today. Each meal looked satisfying and filling. I love how you made your coffee today and I am going to give this combination a try. You're looking really good, Hailey and that shade of pink looks amazing on you.     Most of the Heinz gravies in a jar (chicken, roasted turkey, mushroom, beef, brown) are 0 points for 1/8 cup or 2 Tablespoons (you do have to scan). Same for canned gravy. When I open the jar, I freeze the remaining gravy in an ice tray in 2 Tbsp servings, empty info a ziplock to microwave when needed. Great looking dinner!! A little gravy would spruce up those mashed potatoes. I appreciate the suggestion to make the Miss. chicken without butter. Will try that!

    Hi. Just found your channel. I’m in North Texas, DFW area. Currently I am on the Optavia 5 and 1 plan. It’s super easy but expensive. I’m checking out other options for “after Optavia”. Looking at the Healthi app and Weight Watchers. I’m not going to join WW. I’m 68 and looking for a healthier lifestyle so I can enjoy my grandkids more. You are adorable. I’ll go back and watch some older videos too. Very interested in that coffee you made today. Yum.

    Yes! One off day and I’m a hot mess, especially if I miss my water🥴I also feel sooo sluggish! I drink 60-80oz daily so one off day throws me for a loop! I have a HydraPeak🫶🏼and little mans hair and him in that BLUE😍

    I make the same roast bit also do an Italian dressing packet and broth.
    For the nachos, I use Jordan's skinny syrup to mix in the pb, so good!

      I use 1 Tbsp SF French vanilla creamer and 1/2 Tbsp of the skinny syrup. Gives it a milk chocolate flavor and creamier texture. I'm addicted.

    Your coffee always looks so yummy! 😁Look up Kim Dolan Leto, she has great podcasts of eating whole God made foods and is a great motivator! Also, if you add just a pinch of Chocolate PB2 with the regular, it boosts the flavor some.

    How do you track the ranch packet and brown gravy packet in the dinner? both equal 6 points on the chicken.

      I just checked on my ww app. GV beef gravy mix is 1 point and the ranch is 2 but you'd have to consume the entire packet to yourself to equal that. Not dispersed in a dish.

    How much weight have you lost? I do mostly low calorie but I feel like I always plateau and it doesn't work anymore

      Sometimes you have to do a metabolism reset, also in general, having a couple of cheat meal days every week keeps your metabolism on its toes. There are videos about resetting metabolism. Just my experience, hope it helps.
