In 2013, India did not have a homegrown payments solution for small businesses while US-based PayPal was struggling with regulations. With a vision to simplify online payments in India, Shashank co-founded Razorpay in 2013 after working with Microsoft US as a software developer.
Razorpay is India’s first full-stack financial solutions company. They are on a mission to enhance the payment experience of over 300 million end consumers.
Razorpay has grown from being a payment gateway provider to a solutions-driven organization boasting of an extensive products suite to accept and disburse payments as well as raise capital and park money.
The company has powered digital payments for more than 1,000,000 small and large businesses such as Indigo, BSE, Reliance, Sony and Oyo, among others.

I joined Razorpay in 2016 and worked there for a year. I vested 25% of my stocks and went on to build my own startup. Today, my Razorpay ESOPs are worth 5x my 2016's salary. And this is after selling 50% of my stocks in 2 previous secondary sales. Razorpay has truly built wealth for 1000s of people.
Can you please help me out. My settlement money in razorpay has put on hold approx money was 1 lakh ruppes and i am not able to contact anyone please sir help me out. Reply me as soon as possible. 🙏

1.) Have to be on top of Week-on-Week numbers
2.) Hire people who can replace you, especially in the core team
3.) Focus on the culture

For the people who dont know Harshil Mathur's(co founder of RazorPay) father is a Karate instructor and he has been my karate instructor for 6years but i came to know about RazorPay just last year when Harshil's mom died(RIP) and i was scrolling through my sir's facebook page....I was really surprised to find that the person i was in connection with and had played many national and international tournaments under him....had a son who is the co founder and ceo of a unicorn RazorPay......Also i hv studied in the same school as Harshil.......I look forward to him and want to build a startup just like him after college

Everyone says about cryptography and cryptocoin.... This is crazy market and it's is in like internet was is 90s.
I left my med preparation halfway to learn code and it's really pain in my ass to dump the dream of becoming a doctor but I have to do it to revolutionize the space that i love which is medical science. I may not be a doctor but i may help thousands of patients by helping them with cryptography and metaverse.

One suggestion though - don't ask these "Top 3 things" and other Koffee with Karan sort of questions. It is good to ask open-ended questions but these questions are too open-ended and don't add much value. The questions should be pointed.
