Hats off on how clear and point-to-point your video was. This is one of the topics that everyone should be aware of based on what is happening in so many companies around the world including the company in which I am working, an MNC with a US client. Many senior people folks got released even though they were highly skilled but had high packages and because of the recession they had to lay off some with very high packages. Obviously, the very best guys were not released so being exceptionally skilled will always give you an edge. So just keep working on your skills, as only people/companies involved with US-based clients or companies are mainly impacted, the rest of the companies are still actively looking for good candidates.

I also got layed off 2 weeks back. I belong to QA domain and within 10 days got another offer. so hiring is going on… don’t worry. After layoff, study day night like those engineering days. And that’s it you’re just 1 or 2 calls away from next job.

IT started with quality and gem people, with the start of Y2K tier 2 and tier 3 colleges along with self called tier 1 colleges not to find a rank in nirf since launch created mou with companies and mostly non computer science people from mechanical, electrical, civil, food came in and we need to understand why Russia don't focus on IT although having capability and resources same like other European countries

Actually I like your videos bro. But what you said in this video, that these layoffs are not related to recession ?? Dude, sorry to say this but that’s not true. It’s completely related to recession. Companies are scared, some of the companies stocks may be go down if they come out and say that they are losing funds. So they are trying to find a reason to fire. Actually it’s disgusting what our companies are doing. They are putting a label on employee as fake or moonlighting etc etc. In abroad atleast they are just firing. But here its worse for an employee career. The companies knew that the employee is fake like 2 or 1 year back itself. But they didn’t fire them at that time. Because they needed employees at that time. Now the companies are about to shit in their pants and super scared. So they are filtering employees that’s it. It’s completely related to recession or fear of recession. I am working in IT and worked in Digital Marketing sector as well. I know exactly what’s happening.

My parent company decided to layoff reduce teamsize by 50 per for us notice period was just 1month they forced to resign to avoid termination as per their bullshit policy.
I had 3years bond still they laidoff so i never upgraded since i taught i will working here because of bond I worked in outdated ptoj &tech .
I have just 1.9 year experience .My company returned all my original marks cards & documents which given as assurity for 3years bond .They said they support in background verification.
