Making a Card Using Magazine Page

Today I'm making a card where the background is taken from a magazine page. National Geographic magazines are perfect for this.
I used some scrapbook pages, a gel print and a book page to make the circles.
Then some script or music paper to tear thin strips to go behind the circles.
For the sentiment I had made a document, filling the page with Happy Birthday. Which I cut out and glued to metallic painted paper.
