THE WORLD'S MOST EDIBLE & TASTY HIKE: CORFU, GREECE - MOUNT PANTOKRATOR

- There are hikes and there are hikes. The one I enjoyed on the Greek island of Corfu, Greece, was a hike like no other. Why do I call it the world's most edible and tasty hike? Because so much of the route was lined with natural goodies - it was like nature's answer to the supermarket / grocery store. I could pick and eat things to eat on the way and everything smelled so delicious and fragrant too. There were pears, olives, sage, wild strawberries, thyme, bay leaves - all so fresh and bountiful. We hiked to the highest point on the island - Mount Pantokrator - and it was amazing from beginning to end. It was 10 miles (14km) and took us a good five hours, but boy was it worth it. It was really exceptional from beginning to end. So if you want to enjoy - and taste - the best hiking ever - here's where to go.
