Starkes Tutorial, genau zur richtigen Zeit, ich häng gerade am Cart Full fest aber ich hab noch nie dabei an den Sideflip gedacht. Auch bei den Mistakes seh ich mich an vielen Stellen wieder😂 THX for the Tutorial!

Really clever👍🔥. I can do a sideflip and standing full on ground but I won't commit to the flip what shall I do first?
A standing full is a little different to a cart full because a cart full is only 0.5 or 0.75 twist so the way you start the flip is actually completely different. So I would say you should just go for it if sideflip is easy to you. If youre too scared to send it try the "0.75 full" standing on a trampoline.😄 Good luck man and give some updates as soon as you tried it ^^
@@henningescher9285 yeah I will probably just go for it. Sideflips are so easy for me I can do them from standing and my record is four in a row so I think I got this! I'll just do what you said in the video make your shoulder point in the direction you spin lift your body up throw your arm and twist
