I always thought of getting tender purple as well - it's a lovely saturated bright purple. xD Thanks for sharing your new inks! I am always buying samples...but never really getting to use them all haha! They're so much easier to collect and not get burnt out compared to pens lol!! But oh so dangerous because of that!

Jayne, What a lovely selection of inks: very complementary. My favourite is Morocan Mint Tea followed by Herod's Temple. They're all terrific subtle, you cold even say delicate, colours except the Waterman Tender Purple however which is still a nice colour. I had the same inky problem with a couple of bottles of Van Dieman' and Nooodler's inks where I didn't fully screw the cap down. I'm very careful now when I replace caps. Thank you for sharing with us.

That Moroccan Mint Tea is so pretty. I resisted it when it (and the pen!) when it first came out and I also have some regrets. I haven't been able to find the ink locally, but seeing your haul makes me hope I might come across it again some day :) Lovely swatches, and best of luck with your upcoming renos!

I keep wanting to try more of their shades, but I think the sheer number of options the company offers kind of stresses me out, so trying to pick the "right" ones gets to be an ordeal. What great colors!! I have kitten paws inked up this month but I am having an issue with the nib, so will have to work on it and haven’t been able to enjoy it. I have so many pens inked up as well.. for the same reason. I will hold you accountable and you do the same for me 😁 I’m so glad you are going to get to know what you have.

Great video Jayne. Love the sailor kitsune biyori, Moroccan mint tea and the Van Diemans Kitten paws and leatherwood honey. They make a lovely colour palette together, add in van Diemans Russian blue from their cat series or your Robert Oster Grey seas and you have a perfect vintage hazy summer colour combo. Not too dissimilar to what I intend to ink in June.

Great inks! I struggle with kitsune biyori- I haven’t found a pen yet that works with it for me- Kaweco broad and Benu medium nibs were the best so far. I’m still trying! I love tender purple. SIS 680 looks like one I’d like to try.

I found that I could not see the Kitsune Biyori and I prefer more saturated inks for writing. I had the Sailor Fude nib and still struggled to read it!
