Dont hype it , i have had the 2020 model for 2 months.
Built quality is absolutely amazing. the chair is beautiful. And it does has a lot of adjustablity.
But im dissapointed , its supposed to be grat for back pain , and its giving me alot of back pain.
I dont get the lumbar support , i turn the knob , it bothers me. i dont turn the knob , im lacking lumbar support. im constantly struggling to find how much. Maybe the height at where the lumbar support is placed on the 2020 model really doesnt fits me , and i should have gottend the 2022 model , and that would have hleped idk...
but even if that got solved... the seat... WTF is wrong with the seat ... it is not "firm" it is a fucking stone. I find my self constantly moving my butt because it hurts.
The only good thing this chair has done for me is reducing my game hours , because after 2 hours , my back ,& butt are hurt , and i feel the need of lying in the bed

Received mine to. The softweave + titan 2022 R. The possibility to tilt the upper part also forward permits me to move this massive chair in my tiny studio appartement. It's so easy to assemble and feel great all that customisation, i was fearing a easy roll because my floor is not flat, it's better than expected and positive , due to the weight maybe and the quality of the weel. It's day and night with my old chair. What an unboxing experience also.
Got mine delivered (UK and SO QUICK) and needed to watch the tutorial to make sure I didn't miss anything and WOW, I didn't realise how bad my old desk chair was but I guess you get what you pay for sometimes :) Thanks for this, loving my Mint Green 2022 already

Edit: Oh also I forgot to mention, and I haven't seen this advertised, but this chair is virtually SILENT. My last chair squeaked and creaked every time I moved and got up and would wake up my girl when she was sleeping so this was a much appreciated touch.

Received my softweave version. The quality is superb. Every part is made with utmost care. Looks even better in life than in photos or videos.
Although, after several days of usage I'm still trying to adjust the lumbar support as optimally as possible for my back. The problem is that my lower back feels slight pain in almost any chair (car seat, simple chairs etc.), so hopefully i will find that perfect lumbar position. Also, i personally would prefer a slightly softer padding on both - back and seat parts.

I got the Cookies And Cream 2022, it does look even better in real life. I had a small concern that it would be too bright /white but the grey is nice and dark. My only complaint is the arms are rickety/wobbly and loud. Probably unavoidable due to the nature of the "4D" business. Otherwise its very good. High quality sturdy stuff.
Hey, me too got the same issue about backpain, but after use it almost a week I feel better to sit in this chair than ordinary chair which I've used before.. the pain is still there but its not hurt so much like before I used the chair..
and yes this chair is a bit firm for me I think..
@@yourmom-vq5sd I agree about the arms. I've just got mines and the wobble is slightly annoying, as is bumping the inner buttons if i lean over to one side. Speaks volumes about the product if thats the only complaint though. This things so comfy I swear I could sleep all night in it lol.

Couple days into owning mines and loving it. I'm glad I decided to watch this through. I didn't know how to adjust the tilt tension. Mines was quite loose and I found myself flying back at speed until I tightened it up just now lol.

just got mine it was the kda/all out and I love it just had a hard time getting the base off after putting it together so I could get it upstairs...

@@cortexback I am a simple customer with waist problems and i'm suggesting this chair for everyone with pain on back and neck and healthy problems like me.
I got one couple of months ago and didn't really utilise any features, I was just happy with vanilla feel after finding a good lumbar position, it alligns perfectly with my desk by default, and when using my pc I generally forget it's even there which is best praise, I'm focused on my activity not on being uncomfortable. Only today I started messing with those settings as it will double as my sim racing chair and I realised I don't even know if and how can I lower it or introduce recline, so this video will help me to find my perfect racing position. I bought the same model chair that's in this video. It's killing my lower back. I bought this chair because several sites recommended it for people with lower back pain. Going to keep trying to tweak the settings and hopefully find a good position.

@@fredthechamp3475 Yes. However, I had to pull the lumbar support cushion off my previous chair and find a way to attach it to this one to do so.
Those websites are lying to you, I'm not surprised if they recommended this chair to make money from affiliate links.
the armrests are so much more wobblier than the already wobbly 2020 versions.

My GF bought me this chair (2022 Titan Evo Stealth) as an early christmas present.. have to say, its WAYY better than the knockoff ive been using for the last 4 years, fallen inlove immediatley, only downside is the headpillow magnets dont go down enough, i think they should go down an extra inch and it would be perfect

2:15 just got my chair delivered yesterday, only complaint is that I have to use a flashlight to read each lumbar knob because I can't tell which knob is doing what and turning them either direction feels like it's going both in/out and up/down, but since it's inside the chair I can't visually see the difference in the settings
I just received a Secretlab Titan EVON Titan Leatherette in Black.
The box was well padded, instructions were very clear, but what these reviews don’t mention is the formaldehyde like smell from the chair materials. I’m currently airing it out and hopefully the strong nauseating smell will disappear. Overall, the materials are sturdy, good framing, but the lumbar support looks lame. I’ll have to try it out for at least a week or two to determine if it justifies the $580 price tag. Good luck

I wish I could upgrade to the Evo, my 2020 Tian XL has had to have its multi tilt base replaced twice, the wheelbase itself a week after I got it, the seatpad once, and the back once.. seems the Evo got some strucural updates.
I'm getting the Diablo 4 Titan Evo even though I don't play Diablo 4, the chair just looks so cool, I was going to get the Cyberpunk 2077 one because that's one of my favorite games and there was no Doom version but the Diablo 4 one just looks sooooo good
My Ratholos chair was extremely easy to assemble. love the style and the quality feel. Still getting used to a non fabric/mesh chair as I still sort of think i find them more comfortable, but still enjoying this high quality chair nonetheless

My issue is I get really hot when gaming! Will this chair keep me cool, or am I going to sweat like a Hog? This is why I choose chairs with the mesh option, it keeps me cool.

Got my chair yesterday. Very speedy delivery. 2:41... I'm not aware of that, it's not labeled of what is maximum and minimum point. (First time using a chair with knows for lumbar chairs).

I find it funny, never had a chair that feet dangle at the chair's maximum height for a 6 foot guy.

Whoever runs this account, what'e your favorite theme of the chair? As in colouring or a game theme like the LEC or C9 versions.
What happens if you turn both knobs at the same time? They say not to do that but is it easy to do by accident? Will it break instantly and easily or is it like where if you try to do it, it won't work so they are telling you not to force it because forcing both knobs at the same time will cause it to break? Also how easy/hard is it to figure out if the knob is at its max, does it just keep going infinitly but slowly get harder and harder to turn?

I suggest everyone check there tilt and height lever handles. They are push on handles and when pushed on there are 2 integrated plastic clips on either side of shafts and one side or the other breaks off as you push on. sometimes they fly off or just break and its a hanging chad as soon as you check it it falls off. Ill bet there a lot of people have not caught this. Look real close. The company gas been very good about it and sent me new ones but they both broke right off, I let them k now again I have not herd anything yet. Its a design issue, appears to me that shaft lugs are a bit to large. such a nice chair to put something like this on it, should have end screws or a ball bearing retention system.
how do you disassemble the piston part from the bottom (the part that inserts from the base into the part that gets screwed onto the bottom of the chair seat)

The armrests still don’t go low enough to be out of the way, when needed. I ended up having to remove the right armrest of my current Titan.
Do they get stuck in the way when you try to shift your chair under the table? I wish the arm rests can be lifted up 90 degrees too.

Got the xl fabric version (arctic white) and I am really impressed! It looks fantastic and feels quality. The head pillow is fantastic! Magnets are strong and it's so comfty. I wish armrests were made from the same soft velour fabric as the pillow !
The seat is firm but really comfortable somehow. I am not getting any soreness. I think with softer chairs, it's easier to reach the bottom and this being so firm, you always sit on the cushion and it orks.
Will You be selling replacement or better casters? I am afraid the ones included will damage my laminate flooring and these are a bit hard to roll when I sit on the chair.

@@Secretlabchairs Obviously I "tried adjusting" them. I'm saying they don't go down enough to get out of the way completely of your elbows while playing seated VR. Copy pasta about how they are adjustable doesn't refute that claim.

Does anyone feel like this chair’s lowest height setting is too high? I have no problems with my feet touching the floor but I feel too high compared to my monitor. My monitor is at a very reasonable height yet I have to look down on it a lot while gaming, which causes neck pain

why is the upright position, assuming it's at a 90 degree angle, still look like it's reclined about 10 degrees?

When I'm not at the computer, I want to tuck my chair all the way to the desk. It saves space.
Hey MiKY, the armrests are pre-attached to the chair, but you can easily detach them by removing the M8 screws holding them in place. Still, our full-metal 4D armrests are fully adjustable in four different directions so that you can still choose to tuck your chair all the way in without removing them. My lumbar seems very high even when at the lowest setting? I feel like there isn't much difference in how much it moves up and down a little confused

Me too, how to know if it is broken? You can't possibly put to much weight on the lumbar while you adjust it and broke it, can you?

Been in a dilemma on whether to order this chair as my current gaming chair is getting old and soft. The price for this in my country is not cheap (cost around 1.8k) per chair and hence, I am trying to read and watch as many reviews as I can but I see mix reviews everywhere. Another issue is due to my height as I am short (around 5 feet) and weigh 51kg. I am concern I will not be able to rest my head on the magnetic pillow according to my liking. Recently I am having some back issues and I am worried that the lumbar support will end up worsening it instead of curing it. I do have the money to purchase it (not an issue) but I still do not want to regret the purchase especially now with the ongoing Black Friday sales.

@@Secretlabchairs I finally bought the small softweave version (cookies and cream). Looks like I may need to buy a footrest as am a few cm short from planting my feet firmly to the ground. Another issue is I cant seem to tilt the chair as maybe I am not that heavy, hence i dont have the force to push the chair to tilt. I asked my dad who is heavier than me to test d tilt mechanism just to ensure its not faulty and he manage to do it. So i suppose this chair is not really meant for short and light weight ppl. As for the lumbar support knobs, i dont reallt know when is the max turning point as the video instruction mention not to turn over the max or min point. So i am worried i may have spoilt it? As i feel like i can continuosly turn it without hitting an end? But not too sure whether the lumbar support still moves accordingly.
