There are a lot of them already :) The most recent ones really have a strong signature, I think about Warwick sounds when he chases you, Yorick theme playing with ult.. but then it's in the login screen, it is easy to remember the theme of Kindred, Jhin, Ryze, Aurelion Sol, Jhin, Ornn than the the themes of older champions because they have an identity and a work well with the lore ! Evelynn will have a strong signature too, that piano with her lore will be amazing ! :D

maD CorTeX to be fair, rework department already got material to work with including community feedback and past experience. The new champ team has to come up with brand new themes, lore, gameplay and design etc.
i know , but reworks takes also really lots of efforts because they need to keep the identity of the champion with new stuff that refreshes the game play, don't give me replays like they are doing nothing, plus new champion department can make a new champion thanks to mythology knowledge every one can have the idea of a champion plus this work is a collaboration and coordination of all departments and different RITO Games sections to make that happen its hard every body knows it, it just need really really fresh ideas

At 0:34 she flashes forward, uses what is probably her ult and then teleports back, but I think the teleport back is part of the ult as there is a shadow behind her when she ults Lucian later in the video too. They might make her stealth an ability instead of the passive and put it on E? Or E could be that forward lunge attack at 0:36 I guess, which also somehow "breaks" the heart symbol over Lucian's head without charming him.
Judging how the heart thing changes color over time, it must be a passive. Something activates it to Charm fools (like Yasuo apparently). The big sweep, too flashy to be anything but an ult. Of course we have the spikes. Transform into black running demon appears on-demand: Dark Frenzy stealth? Have I been seeing a ranged auto-attack? So many questions!
Yeah, ignoring that Galio, Urgot, Ornn and Kled (sort of) can't use their dashes over walls, also ignoring that Xayah doesn't even have a dash. Yeah, terrain is so useless these days.
Kled can use his dash through a wall, if he already used his e on an enemy. The likelihood of that happening is the likelihood of me getting a girlfriend.
but the newer version dashes that can pass through wall most likely agile squishy champ i think. galio, urgot, kled, ornn dashes cant go through walls. assassins given for they have to really find good moment to went in. (kayn, talon, lb, fizz, akali W)
So, I'm a returning player from when the game like- Initially came out. I hopped back in and went for the one champ I knew how to kind of play back then, Cho'gath until of course one of the friends I play with goes "you need to learn an assassin.". He recommended none other than Eveylnn, and honestly I absolutely love playing her. Even when I or my friends lose (depending on if I'm solo queing on draft or not.) I just love to jungle. I love to gank, and overall I like the way she plays. Also her voice lines are great. I love them.
Evelynn's story: She love to kill people slowly.
