Yeah that was such shitty advice, ig it works in lower ranks though but any good players or if you're in an actual team/custom, pushing post-plant is literally a throw from the enemy
The worst thing about retake is that all the teammates leave me behind for a 1v4 or 1v3 . After getting 3 lucky kills, i die in a stupid way to the 4th one and it suddenly becomes that the loss is totally my mistake. Bonus pressure when all of them start advicing

it's pretty decent, not that good, you can just watch pro player's demo and analyse them, doesn't matter if you're wrong or not, then use it in a real game, if it works then use it, if it doesn't then don't

I find that A Haven is the hardest to retake
My problem is clearing angles when attacking a site
