The reason perhaps that you are feeling bloated and heart burn can be overload of sugars, especially added sugar. Usually bought drinks like coffee, matcha drinks, and process snacks are loaded with added sugars. Also you might need to increase besides protein you fat intakes ( no it will not get you fat).
