Carbon fibre dust is extremely toxic to the lunges. Maybe you want to consider spraying the fork with water in order to prevent excessive dust and also wearing a mask while cutting the steerer tube.

His face wasn’t shown in the cutting scene. In older Videos the same mechanic wore a quite convenient looking mask.

Very nice build. Only one thing to do differently - bar wrap. In your bilds, almost always wraping each side the same way, it should be mirrored to oposite side. Right side clockwise, left side counterclockwise and top part over the bar towards the bike/driver. Just OCD things... :D

I have a question. I wanna build my own downhill bike i allready know what parts i wanna have. The problem is i live in Croatia and we dont have as much options. Is there any online bike builder with many parts like fox 40, magura brakes, trek, yeti, nukeproof, specialazed and other frames, and other well known bike parts, that i could use or any place or shop where i can buy a propper mtb bike? I would like to do my purchase online so that everything comes to my place. For those who wanna know, i have a bergamont hardtail and have been using a cube all suspension enduro bike. I just need to know how u guys get bikes and parts.
