In your opinion, what order should someone learn tricks in (if they are a very good juggler already)? Like most people suggest atw and then something similar like a crossover or hop the world.
How do you judge when you need to stop to prevent even mild injuries or switch your focus to something else. I used to just listen to my body, but getting older it seems I can keep pushing through a session like I used to, but then the next day I’ll have strains/tweaks that can get severe. so now I try to force myself to set time or repetition restraints - just curious to hear how you manage
