    IMHO, this is one of the best Capoeira training vids you’ve made! There is a big difference between teaching in person, teaching live via zoom/facetime and teaching online for anyone to follow who can’t interact with you. You definitely nailed it being a CZcams teacher coz your instructions are visually easy to follow and they are beautiful and inspiring!
    If I ever get a chance to visit you, I sure will.
    I think the CDO style is so beautiful.

    I am a capoeira practitioner but also an avid consumer of youtube fitness workouts (Caroline Girvan and Jordan Yeoh fitness in particular). I think you are definitely onto something here!
    There are some mestres and instructors that uploaded very valuable content online from the pandemic days onwards (e.g. Mestre Poncianinho) but noone has arranged this in a clear, organised, easy to follow manner.
    As a careful follower of your channel, I think you have the mindset to do it, and grow an audience in the process (might be more challenging than doing it in the broader fitness or strength / resistance training World, just because the capoeira community is more niched).
    You probably have this planned already, but if you manage to develop a series of capoeira workouts categorised for muscle groups (e.g. Lower / Upper body workouts) or type of techniques (handstand focused workouts, QDRs focused workouts, AUs focused workouts etc) you might create something quite innovative in the capoeira World.

      Yes, I am also a fan of Caroline Girvan which I’ve followed for a long time and she one was of the inspirations for me to start thinking about similar content but in terms of Capoeira realm.
      I have also noticed that there isn’t really a resource for an organised on-line, follow along Capo workout. I decided to give it a go as I like to train like this myself.
      Yes, what you’ve described is exactly my vision. Nice to see someone is seeing things as I see them.

      @@byMinho man that's sick! Definitely something missing, and much needed for people that want to stay in shape or get stronger, and at the same time expand their capoeira repertoire.
      There is only so much time in a week, if you are able to build an archive of workouts that might allow capoeristas to replace their typical gym session with your sessions, while also combining the physical effort with capoeira development, there definitely is a potential audience out there, and from there you can have fun with it and take this project on different directions (once you do have an audience, you could do live workouts, online workshops, build an app like CG did for premium subscribers).
      I will watch this closely myself and hope you build this asap, I so need this and I would be a proud follower :)

    Thanks a lot, I am a capoeira trainer myself and like to do warm-up with capoeira techniques instead of just basic exercises. And, although I think not all of the techniques are suitable as warm-up for beginners, there are some nice inspirations in there.
