I once found a high school class ring while metal detecting in an old local swimming area that was lost 30+ years ago and was able to track down the owner! He just knew he'd never see it again.. I see you swing with your left arm and you keep the detector long, did the Ray shock you through the detector or did it let detector pass and then hit your arm?

Michael, it’s wonderful you do everything you can to return jewelry to its owner. My question is how long can you hold on to all that stuff? Have you not set a cut off date? It would seem you have to or you could end up with thousands of pieces.
Love the videos! Can you do a slight change on your captions? Currently they are all the way down and in the left...but when you zoom in on a cell-tablet it cuts all this info out of screen... maybe bump them up and in just a bit.
