No, not really. The less technology is involved, the more natural the trick feels. This is why card tricks are so popular. Because few things are more immediate than a simple deck of cards :-)

Nah not really. Tech is science, and science is most definitely the opposite of magic.
David blaine is the reason i started doing magic 9 years ago And it helped me allot in school because i am/ was pretty shy but when i started doing magic it helped me communicate more with people and make more friends.

@@BRAZZERZ from what it seems , it's a neat self working trick. I know one way it can be done exactly as done here , but I'm not sure they did it that way or not , especially with David showing him cards in between (one of them being two of clubs itself) and doing other stuff.

I love that after all these years and thousands of magic tricks, David Blaine still gets a big grin on his face when he sees someone's reaction!

This video is unexpected on so many different levels, and I'm having an emotional reaction right now.
The magic was mind-blowing (obviously), but the fact that the video is just so wholesome (and novel in so many ways) is really going to cement this as one of the greatest MKBHD videos of all time.
I think the coolest thing about all of this is that even though David has been in the game for so long, he still smiles wide every time someone is amazed by the tricks. I love that.

Marques, just an idea, I'd love to see a video from you talking about low budget phones with great specs. Talking about Poco phones (which the latest ones go for around $300 and are beasts) or TCL or others. Just in general talking about the tech behind them and how they compare to higher end phones.
