I wish they kept the Trevor fighting Tank thing. Fits in so well with his character,although i understand the player fustration. Getting blown up would be pretty easy. Maybe make the armor have resistance to explosives,make them ragdoll less,and slow down the firing and turning speed for the tank?
I mean if they kept the "miss on purpose" AI that the tanks has in that mission, it shouldn't be that hard
The Paleto Bay heist is already ridiculously stupid for the sake of being stupid, Rockstar probably thought people would complain that it just made absolutely no sense if Trevor fought a tank and survived, especially since you already have to drive away from them in a slow ass bulldozer

It's an interesting alternative option but I'm sure the devs thought that the player would get tired of the Steve/Dave/Michael joke by this point. Like, Michael makes another joke about how Steve is dressed, lol.
My favourite part was when Trevor said "It's stickin' time" and proceeded to stick all over those guys.
I think the cut voicelines for police officers going into ammunation was meant for online. If I remember correctly, online was going to be cops and robbers before it was scrapped. That might be some leftover stuff from that time

there's also voice lines of the main characters talking to npcs as if they were cops so, probably was meant for story mode
All the leftover stuff is just concept art from artist portfolios. So it's a very early scrap.

Paige only shows up once to be interacted with, whilst Taliana has that interaction where you have to bring her to her home quickly, so her having damage sounds makes sense there. I suppose they didn't think people would try to drag Paige out
Dave and Steve's appearance in the janitor mission fits the beta approach with the syringe in my opinion, sounds like something they'd do

I think the luggage trolley has an invisible part where its centre of gravity is lower than it's meant to be (instead of the platform, it's like 2m under it, hence the way it flips)

nice vid as always, just a little correction: the sub's name is simply "Kosatka", coming from Russian "косатка" which is basically the Russian name of the orca whale (not to be confused with "касатка", that is a name of a bird species), it does not have that "ts" sound, it's pronounced kinda like in word "catkin"
interestingly enough, the Imperial Russian Navy had a class of submarines called "Касатка", dunno if it was intentionally named after a bird or was a writing feature back in the day (we used to have a different pre-reform spelling back then)
