The uniform fits the figure perfectly. I just always liked the uniforms of the Dragon figures. You could get a pretty good quality uniform for a relatively reasonable price. Dragon figures are a rarity these days as they are no longer produced, which I think is a shame, but nothing lasts forever as they say. Cool :)

I think Dragon reissued some of they figures. They call the new series "Action Gear" and there is all gear with head sculpt without the body.

Where can I find these figures and what's the cost of each?

Hi, this particular one is old Dragon with upgraded parts. You can find them on ebay or machinegun-figures. They're relatively expensive. The price range is from 50 (cheap vintage) up to a few hundreds Euro.

good figure but historically inaccurate, he has a uniform from around 43, the boots are from around 40 or 41, the boots were bigger in the 30’s and were shortened in the early 40’s to conserve leather

Thanks for your comment. The boots made after 1939 was 4cm shorter and has 35 cm in height. I was planning to use the short one with gaiters, but I have only this at the moment. So now we can say he just get the old stash from the store ;-)
