according to the IIDX SPADA, it is being called as HEALING POP genre
It's called original fantasy by Haruka Shimotsuki herself. She works on the compostion of her musics too, and has a circle called canoue which does this exact same style (except for that trance/DnB mixed in), so you can go for that label.
